unable to ping communication channel for SuccessFactors

Hi,

I have two receiver communication channels that I am unable to ping.  The channel status shows as Running/Started, but the ping test fails.  These communication channels are configured to connect to a successfactors URL using HTTPS.  As far as I know the successfactors certificates have been loaded into the appropriate keystore.  If the channels are setup correctly, I should be able to ping them successfully correct?

What could be the issue?

Hi

What is the Communication Channel type that you are using? Is it a File adapter, IDoc_AAE, Mail adapter etc?

Hi Jayson,

Once check with your BASIS guy, if they are able to ping the successfactors IP from PI server.

This is to ensure certificates are correctly loaded to PI server.
