Hi,
we are configuring the RFx process in SRM (SRM 7Ehp1, without SUS).
We defined number range for RFx and RFX Response and made the relevant settings for output. Then we created contact person for suppliers via Web, maintained e-mail and assigned the role Bidder to the users.
Finally we created a RFx, added bidders and published the RFx.
Now I have some questions about what happens after the RFx is published (maybe related…):
Do you have any suggestion on this? Anything we could possibly check?

Hi Ci,
The standard design is not sending email to contact person email address. You need to enhance it.
Ask supplier to click Refresh button to see the RFx.

This is not the standard design.
