Personas timeout issue

Hi,

    I am able to logon to personas but everyone else gets "Session has timed out. Please log in again." error. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I would check whether your users are configured correctly. It sounds like you have not assigned systems or permissions to your other users.

Hi Tobias,

    They have been assigned the same systems as me and "Full_Edfit_Access" role.

Hi Anil,

As a next step, I would like to suggest to have a look at http://scn.sap.com/community/gui/blog/2013/06/28/sap-screen-personas--client-side-debugging. This might help to find the issue.

Hi Tobias,

    i was able to resolve the issue by deleting the userid's and recreating them as a copy of my id. Probably something to do with authorization (even though they had the admin role). Still a puzzle....but we were able to move on.
