pdf Output good in preview but distorted when printing without preview immediate Print

Hi All,

I have triggered custom transaction with PO number and country code on selection adobe form looks good when I view the pdf. It also prints fine when I open the pdf and then print it. The problem is when directly give to  the printer without previewing it, the left side and right side vertical line will be distorted.

PF attached screen shot of adobe form output and highlighted with yellow color. Please revert back to me if you need any information.
