Publishing Master Agreements in CLM to SRM

Former Member

Hi Experts,

We are currently implementing CLM 9.0 and we are having a challenge in setting up the publishing of Master Agreements to SRM.

Not sure how to do this. Can someone please advise on what steps to follow in order to enable the system to allow us to publish Master Agreements to SRM from CLM.

Any special workbooks required for this specifically or are there any settings one has to adjust in order to get this sorted? Please advise.

Your quick response in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Dave

Hi Dave,

The integration steps are explained in detail in the Integration Guide for SRM available in Service Market Place (link present in Sourcing forum).

Maybe you could complete the steps as mentioned in the guide and then if you come across any issues you could let us know.

Looking forward to help resolve your issues.

Thanks,

Arijeet

Hello Dave,

Have you followed the Instructions in the SRM integration guide. What have you done so far and what is the exact nature of problem you are facing ?

Hi Arjeet/Prasad,

Thanks for showing interest in this.

We have done integrated configuration setup between CLM and SRM as specified in the Integration of SAP SRM 7 to eSourcing 9.0.

However, we do not have the Publish button on the Master Agreement. Not sure still what configuration or set ups we have to do in order to see this button.

The aim is for us to get the publish button on the agreement page so that one is able to publish teh agreement by the click on this button.

Any ideas on how to go about this?

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

Hi Dave ,

Probably the agreement which you are trying to publish is not of SRM integrated agreement type.

Create one and use that agreement type to create agreement , you shall see Publish To SRM button .

Thanks

Hi Dave,

I am assuming you have completed all the configuration steps as mentioned in the Integration guide.

Maybe you have missed creating a seperate document type for Master Agreements which will be integrated with SRM. Check the screen shots below.

Once you set the Integrated Document type you will see Publish to SRM option under Actions.

Let us know if you could resolve the issue.

Thanks,
