HI, We are planning to implent TDE on our production Database and in reference to that we need your help on below points 1. What would be the best strategy to implemnt this with minimum downment and minimum implementation time. 2. What would be the estimated time to implement TDE on database of size 1 TB based on the the specified strategy. 3. Do we need to get the ASO license as well as we have Oracle 11.2.0.2 Enterprise edition. 4. Can you please send us the guide to implement TDE. Also adding to my above queries we have already read the Note 974876 - Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) which only discribe the encription wallet implmentation but nothing in deep as to how much time is involved in copying the tablespace or what strategy to follow to copy tablespace in case of TS encryption. Hope to hear it from you Soon Kind Regards Saurabh Gautam

Hello
I don't think there is anything else SAP will provide for enabling TDE in addition to the SAP note
974876 - Oracle Transparent Data Encryption (TDE)
If that note is not sufficient then Oracle document is the one you can look into.
