SAP connection in SUP 2.2 - system user or dialog user

Hello,

I am trying to set up SAP connection in SUP 2.2. The user is SAP system user. I am getting the following error.

And the following appears on SUP logs.

message: Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)

Return code: RFC_SYS_EXCEPTION(3)

error group: 104

key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE

Exception raised by XX1|xxsap14

Should the user being used be SAP system user or dialog user?

Just a info both communication user and dialog user are aceptable by SMP.

it should be SAP system user only.

from the screenshot it is clear that username and password are not matching.

Please enter the right credentials.

If you SAP GUI installed on your machine, you can just check it over there OTHERWISE check with your basic team.

It seems that I had by accident entered wrong client number in the connection properties.
