stopped at phase 21 of 30 when installing ECC6 EHP6 on SUSEc

Hi Expert,

I got an error when installing the EHP6 on Linux, here is the error log:

Hi Shi,

If your installing using installation master DVD then try the installation

with SWPM(software provisioning manager) .

at first time, I used the installation master in DVD, and then I tried the provisioning manager you mentioned, but the error is still there, thanks for your advice.
