REFX-Document Preview Error

Hi

,

I have saved one contract and just want to Preview the invoice through T code RERAIV. It is in simulation mode and from Planned cash flow Option. I want to pre view invoice.

System is giving error as below :

No document output; see error log 0000000308

Message no. RECPSF161

Pls suggest, How to resolve this and where i can view this log.

Hi there

Just in case anybody is still looking for an answer to this: Set the output device (printer) correctly.

We encountered this error in contract overviews (RECN -> Overviews -> Invoices). Turns out the user did not have a default output device (printer) from which the PDF could be formatted.

To solve, set the default printer for the user:

- Menu > System > User Profile > Own Data

- Tab > Defaults

- Field > Output device.

Hi Sudhanshu,

Please make sure that the following setting is maintained for the same.

RECACUST -> Correspondence -> PDF-Based Forms (Mass Print and Single Print) -> Basic Settings -> Supported Languages -> EN     English

Hope this resolves the issue. If not, please confirm if other correspondence activities in SAP RE-FX are executing properly or not.
