Disabling Delivery notification in charm

Hi,

We want to disable delivery notification for the mail send by smartform "AI_CRM_IM_SHORT_TEXT_LINK_FORM" for the purpose of charm in solman 7.1

Eg. Whenever email trigger to developer or anyone we are getting delivery notification. But we dont want this notification. Hence we want to disable it.

Check:

Proc. Class       CL_SDK_DOC_PROC_CRM_ORDER

Proc. Method     CRM_SRVORDER_EXEC_SF_MMR

Led same Class and Method. Just modify smartforms & assign them to ChaRM actions disabling the mailing option..

Just to clarify further
SAP doesn't provide an email which trigger's email on each and every status to any specific person/partner/group
but you can configure email action to trigger emails either automatically in the background or manually ...so its a choice and based upon your requirement you can configure that
In addition to Johan link, you can also check the standard automatic support team determination rule which triggers an email automatically to support team whenever a new ticket is created and assigned to them as it is based upon support team partner
thus you can create as many actions as you want but by default it is not provided.

Goto SCOT -> ( Ctrl+shift+F7) , select the disable option.
