Please advice how to find all the materials present in a sales area .

You can use MAPOV table

Goto SE16n enter the sales area in the table MAPOV, you will get all the materials exist in the sales area.

And simple thing in VD59 T.CODE Also you can find details of the material to which sales org it is assigned

Or you can find OBZA T.code all type of reports you can find it
