Hi Everyone,

I am trying to install Netweaver product on RHEL linux and stuck in step "intsall central instance" with below error

FJS-00003  TypeError: instance has no properties (in script NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind, line 133396: ???)

FCO-00011  The step createInstanceDirectories with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_CI_Instance|ind|ind|ind|ind|11|0|createInstanceDirectories was executed with status ERROR .

Hi Satish,

FCO-00011  The step createInstanceDirectories with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_CI_Instance|ind|ind|ind|ind|11|0|createInstanceDirectories was executed with status ERROR .

Error occurred while creating the instance directory, can you check the permissions of the user, which you used for installation. Please post the SAP product release and version which you are installing.

Please check this SAP KBA 1919170  - TypeError: this.output has no properties

Thanks for your prompt reply,

I am doing installtion by user "root" and the permissions for directories is set 777.I am installing netweaver 2004S on RHEL 32bit and oracle database.

Mentioned not "1919170" really worked but i am getting one more error.can u please look into this.

MUT-03025  Caught ESyException in Modulecall: ESAPinstException: error text undefined.

Hi Satish,

As per the sap note Note 1714491 - Inst.Systems Based on NW 7.0 / 7.0 EHP 1-3 - UNIX

to overcome this error stop all the process running under that account and continue with the installation.

Check this sap note too Note 921593 - (Outdated) Inst. SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s) SR1 - UNIX

what java sdk version are you using?

Did you update exetubles of the installation sw?

I am using Java version "jre1.6.0_27".

Yes i updated all the executables.s
