Change of Ownewrship

Hi Experts,

If Customer informs company  that he wants to transfer the ownership of his unit to another person .

Possible Solution

Partner need to be created in CRM with the role of owner.

Change the contract and assign newly created partner and delete previous one.

Please confirm me whether this solution is right or do we have to terminate the contract with previous owner and make new contract.

Hi Asif,

If there is no amount given by the customer for that particular contract then the solution given by you is absolutely fine.
But if you want to transfer the amount given by say Customer1 to Customer2 then the solution could be :

Create a new contract for Customer2 with the old contract linked in Objects.

Transfer the amount paid by the Customer1 to Customer2 by RERAOP.
For this RERAOP properties should be configured with all the attributes i.e. Flow Types,Accounting Symbols, and both the activites for IN Payment and OUT Payment.
