CR content error

Dear Experts,

       Doing the synchronization connection between SLD and LMDB, Updated the CR content still getting the error as below.CR CONTENT IS OUTDATED.

CR content is 9.

As per note please follow below

You must first download the current CIM model. You can find this under SAP CR

CONTENT UP TO ... (highest available date for a year) with the file name

cimsap....zip. If there are several of these files, use the latest one. Caution:

If a model version is under 1.4.31, you must first follow the instructions in

Note 907897.

              Each Support Package of the SAP CR CONTENT contains a file
cimsap....zip, even if the CIM model version for the predecessor has not
changed. Generally, import cimsap....zip before the CRDelta....zip, even if you
already have this model version in the SLD.

              Depending on the initial version of your SAP CR Content, you
may have to import several CRDelta upgrades. The following list contains the
required updates.

                    From 1. x to 2.0:
SMP entry point: SAP MASTER DATA FOR
SLD 1.0
End of maintenance reached; no longer
available.

                    From 2.x to 3.0
SMP entry point: SAP
MASTER DATA FOR SLD 2.0

Hi Prathish,

If you have applied SP08 for SAP CR CONTENT UP TO 2013 of both CRDelta916*.ZIP and cimsap916* you can ignore this as it is a warning.

     How i can ignore the warning? and my diagnostics agents are not connecting, i cannot open,SOLUTION MANAGER ADMINISTRATION & MANAGED SYSTEMS PAGES!

they all related to CR Content is outdated.they all say update the CR content. As you said, you have already updated to latest available. Try to resynchronize resynchronize technical system from SLD in LMDB screen in Technical system (Technical systems - select your system type and click on edit or goto system overview screen and select advanced --> Resynchronize technical system from SLD)

Post the error regarding the SMD diagnostic agent.

      Before my SP was 4 and i updated to SP5,So while am using SP4 ican connect the agents via below screen.

But after SP5, i am getting the agents like below, Above mentioned is error or its is like that only?

     Changed, But still same issue,Managed system configuration is working as per note 1745872.But still am having Plugin status error.

Solution

1) Perform the manual activity.
2) Apply the attached correction instruction(s).

!!!IMPORTANT!!!
If you do not perform the manual activity, you will get syntax errors in class CL_AC_METRIC_REPOSITORY.

- Go to transaction SE11
- Select the radio button 'Data type'
- In the corresponding input field, enter ACS_METRIC_STORE_BUFFER
- Click 'Change'
- Under 'Component', enter a new field with name EXTRACTOR_REF
- Uder 'Typing Method', choose 'Type ref to'
- Under 'Component Type', enter IF_ALRT_CFG_EXTRACTOR
- Save and activate the changes.

Is the central correction note is applied at the latest and have you performed the manual activities as mentioned in the note
