Error in SAP MMC after Kernel 720 version upgrade

Dear Friends,

We have successfully done the kernel 720 version upgrade in ABAP systems.

When we try to upgrade the same in Dual stack system . we are facing below issue.

We are using PI 7.0 SP 25 on AIX OS & Oracle db platform.

We have upgraded our PI system from kernel 700 to 720_REL patch 401

as per note 1636252.

Upgrade has been done successfully and ABAP & Java stack are up and

running.

In SAP MMC, we are getting warning "Running but Dialog Queue info

unavailable, J2EE status info unavailable" for DVEBMGS00 instance. In

the "Process list" also same warning is displayed. Display of AS ABAP

WP Table is failed.

Similarly in MMC -> AS Java, Process table is not displayed. In ICM

also "Thread List" is not displaying.

Can you please paste the output of

sapcontrol -nr NN -function GetVersionInfo

Hi Yugandhar,

did you kill all sapstartsrv processes before patching the kernel vom 700 to 720? In case you didn't the MMC is still using sapstartsrv of release 700.

  yes i killed the process before doing the upgrade.

Please check the below note for the issue.

1724391 - jcontrol.exe is in yellow status with message "J2EE info unavailable" in MMC
