Partial fire fighter log

Hello,

We are implementing GRC AC 10  and present support package is 13 for GRCFND_A. EAM has been configured properly, workflow as well works.

However, when we have scheduled a background job to sync FF log, we have started seeing the problem of partial log. When a fire fighter is logged in and working, and FF log sync job executed it at same time, it will create the workflow with partial log. I heard that this problem existed in previous support packages and it was fixed.

Searched for OSS notes for SP13 and couldn't find any. Have you faced this problem before?

Lots of FF issued fixed.

If you have trusted RFC and timezone sync.. FF Logs issue  does not arise always.

ensure the necessary authorization is   available to RFC user .
