Syclo Work Manager Issue In Client Device

Hi all,

         I am facing an issue while syncing Work manager v 5.2 into our client device(Manufacturer : Motorola , Model: MC65 , OS: windows Mobile 6.5).While syncing, the device application gets stuck in middle and we are unable to do any operations on it..The same is working fine in our Agentry Test Environment and Agentry Client in our desktop while syncing.

                          I resolved this error once by re installing the application in the device and it worked for a while.Now its again stuck while syncing.Does it has got something to do with device memory or is it due to back end data or something.We are not getting any error logs in the back end or in the syclo server.The devices are just getting stuck while syncing(total of 4 devices are using the application and now all four are stuck).Our desktop client application is syncing fine with the server and having no errors.Only the client devices are facing the issue..

The first time when we got the error after one of the devices getting stuck,The error log for that user  was the following.

but this above issue got resolved once I re installed the client application in the device and it synced successfully with the server..But now the devices are again stuck with no error logs recorded.

Looks like your getting error when your trying to post Notification changes to SAP.  Looks like SAP end is not configured to handle  partner function at notification level.  If that's the case Java code for partner function have  to be commented.  You have extended base Java code and comment the code the code that's doesn't requiring

This to me looks to be a Transaction error,  I would recommend looking at the log files to see the values are being sent to the backend and see if any are incorrect.

Try reducing your data volume and see if that helps.
