how do we populate calculation date as today date in GTS10.1 while creating custom document manually.

Hi All,

in GTS 10.1 , caluation is date is not populating with  any date but it's mandatory to fill the date while creating the custom document.

do we  have any setting to fill the today in caluation date . calculation date we'll find in under custom document >> header >> logistic cost .

please help on the same.

Hi SRV,

Create a Default Procedure under IMG Activity: Customs Management > Procedures for Defaulting Data > Define Default Data for Date Fields.  Make an entry for Target Field CLCTS, and assign Source Field, Lead Time & Time Difference as required.  Use Source Field $TODAY to get the current date

Then assign your Procedure to your Legal Regulation / Document Type / Process combination under IMG Activity: ... > Define Determination Procedure for Defaulting Data.

Dave , you are correct but in addition to that while creating we have to use defaulting button to populate calculation  date in Manual CD.
