Delivery for Sale order stock

Dear All,

I have to do a delivery with checking the sale order stock for 601 E movement type using BAPI. I am able to do the PGI for regular stock.

Please help me how it can be done or the BAPI I have to use.

Hi,

i think you are using Make to order process,once the sales order is created the process will go through Purchasing and the stock will be posted against the sales order stock with 311 E

check whether the stock is available against the order.

I am able to post the delivery when I try to do from VL01N and is taking sale order stock. The movement type is 601 E in delivery. So I wanted to know if we have to pass any indicator for special stock in BAPI.

Hi,

Check the Selection Parameters that are passed to BAPI while performing the Delivery.

The system is considering the Movement type 601 instead 601 E

May be it would have been better if you explain the Business process as to why you want to go for BAPI.   Sometimes, through standard configuration itself, such requirements can be addressed but unnecessarily, people tend to go for exit which is not a Best Practice
