how to edit QCI parameters if the shipment status is 4?

Hi!

I have this scenario wherein the user needs to edit the QCI parameter, particularly the test density.

Would like to know what are the possible steps, so that the QCI parameter can be edited even if the Shipment status is already 4 or 3?

Thanks,

Claire

Hi Claire,

Shipment status is 4 meaning loading confirmation is completed. you can change the QCI parameter by changing the shipment via tcode O4G2.

Hi Claire,

If the goods movement has taken place, it is not possible to change the QCI parameter without reversing the loading confirmation, trying to do that in any other way will cause inconsistencies. The clean approach is to reverse the movement and re perform the step with right density.
