Hi all,
I am currently configuring managed system, but noticed that some of the managed systems have certain event metrics grayed out.
e.g. used dialog resources, short dumps and cancelled batch jobs etcetera.
By checking on a certain event metric, I can see errors like "No measured values have been reported by data provider." and "No measured values were ever calculated."
Then by checking in the Infrastructure > Extractor Framework overview, can see one of the extractor has RED status.
It is CCMSBI: Monitoring Data.
I'm not sure if this is the reason, but on this Extractor Log, it has (daily) message of "Unable to interpret as a number".
I've tried to google for this error which relates to configuration in Solution Manager, but has no luck. Anyone with the same experience?
Thanks.
hi
any st22 and sm21 dumps /logs regarding or related to "Unable to interpret as a number".
have you tried to troubleshoot using E2E Troubleshooting guide
Also refer the sap notes related to "No applicable data found" like 1435043,1812948 .
Thanks
Jansi

Hi Henry,
Goto to solman_setup -> Basic configuration -> step 5. Configure Automatically , check the setup BW and Setup Extractor Framework step completed successfully ?
Then goto Managed system configuration -> step 8.Configure Automatically ->Extractor Setupcompleted successfully ?
Also rerun the extractor and confirm the status.
