Hi Raj
If you are using the Windows 2008 server did you disable UAC? Try to disable UAC and restart the system & then start SQL4SAP.vbs script.

Hi,
To work around this issue, please delete the following cache folder, and then re-install the SQL Server Express.
%AppData%\Local\Microsoft_Corporation\
If this not work, we suggest you to download SQL Server 2008 R2 Express with Advanced Services from hereand re-install it as suggested in this blog.

Hello Raj,
Does the folder of your SQL Server dvd contains spaces? If yes, remove the spaces as per note 1768319.

Hi Raj,
This issue can have more than a valid reason, it is not related to the SW itself but to the way it is installed for instance.
[1]. Are you using the right SW media for your NetWeaver release?
[2]. Are you using the the minimum required DBSL patch level as indicated on SAP Note 1152240 ?
( -> Installing SAP systems based on SAP NetWeaver 7.1)
[3]. Once you make sure you carefully read and implemented Note 1144459, if still no good, I strongly recommend you clean up the OS machine before you run SQL4SAP.vbs script; once you implement Note 1152240 recommendation, this issue has nothing to do with the script, nor with the SAP Kernel SW.
See the "Microsoft Support resource below for more details :
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143412.aspx
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143412(v=sql.105).aspx
Most of this kind of problems can be solved by re-run, re-install SQL4SAP.vbs or reboot and then re-install SQL4SAP.vbs.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Hugo
