Hello experts,
When we trying to reject the Access request, it is prompting user name and password in the production system all of sudden. When we tested the same in the quality it is working properly.
There were the requests rejcted earlier.
Please let us know if any one has experienced same issue and how can we resolve it.

Hi Hari,
As Kishore mentioned, You need to uncheck the Reaffirm Reject option in the stage level setting for that pariticular stage in the workflow. once this is done, Regenerate the MSMP version and then test the scenario.

Just a suggestion, may be helpfull
Under Maintain Stage in ur workflow, Check if the Re-Affirm check box is enabled for the Approver stage.
System will ask for user and password if u enable this check box
