not generating transport request

this is mahesh

in quality server i copied a client from production server.when ever the functional people done the any customizing new request was not created.

i want a solution for creating a request when the functional people done the customizing.

pls help me

Hi Mahesh,

Normally customising should not be done in quality server. however in case you want to do it and you want transports to be created then use the following steps:

1. In the quality system go to transaction SCC4.

2. Go to change mode and double click on the relevant client.

3. Under the tabstrip Changes and transports for client specific object choose the option Automatic recordings of changes.
