SAP DMS documents not accessible through MAC OS

Hi All,

I am accessing the SAP DMS attachments ( pdf, doc, xls ) through MAC OS but couldn't access.

I have done all configuration as per defined in DC20 ( MC ) Path : /users/

Then in DC30 Select pdf---> Define workstation

Type : MC

Application Path: /Applications/preview.app

After all these activity still same error is coming " C:\temp is not defined"

If anyone knows resolution, please share your thoughts and experience.

Thanks for the reply. But we have already defined c:\temp for our XP users. So if i can do any changes for MAC so it will not work for XP users.

If i am going in wrong way please suggest me but i hope this will work or not can't say becoz SAP suggested me to add one entry for MAC users. But its not working.

HI Rajat Saxena,

If it is already defined to others  no need to change .

check with/ without  once by selecting tick mark (highlighted) and check for mount point defined are not with same data carrier .

Check in sm59 whether SAP HTTP connections with technical settings as start front on front end work station. if not please do it now.

Hi Chandu,

Earlier error message is " C:\temp cannot be created " but after applying all your settings which you are suggested me but now message is " /var/folders/cm/618hhwsj21x510qzqbz3rgch0000gn/T/a cannot be created"

Please suggest??
