Sales Agent details in POS transactions

Hi all,

Is there any segment available in POS transactions to capture sales agent details?

I have searched in sales and other transaction, but we have option only for Cashier name/no.

We have scenario, where we need to do reporting based on sales agents and products. Sales agents are not the cashiers here.

Hi,

If you have a single salesman or sales agent for a store, then you can define in the partner function of Customer record attached your store.

When you create a Site, immediately system asks you to create Customer record, in the customer record when you define partners, you add an additional partner VE Sales Employee to store.

This will attach a Sales agent to your store and will appear in billing document when the IDoc is posted.

There is no provision in POS DM to maintain the Sales agent. Also if in your case, Cashier ID is not so important, you can use that field for Sales agent to keep track in POS DM. In ECC, you have to go through partners approach.

Please use the segment "COMMISSION" in the BAPI to capture details related to sale agent in POSDM.
