Hello,
We are using CLM 9.0 and need to reactivate an inactive. The user does not showup in the search list for unchecking the "inactive" checkbox and we are not able to recreate the user either.

Hi Vijaya,
By default the inactive user does not show up in the list of Internal User Accounts. You will need to modify the search criteria by clicking on 'Modify Search'. Once the search criteria screen is displayed select the 'Inactive' field from the drop down, set it to true and hit search. It will list all the inactive users in the system.
