Is it possible to monitor whether the firefighter controller really reviewed the firefighter log in 5.3? Like 10.0 notifications are send to the controller, however
in GRC 10.0 you can assign a service level to the firefighter log and enforce that the firefighter log is reviewed.
Thanks for your answer
Hi Jong,
Yes, this can be done even in GRC AC5.3
There is this workflow to monitor whether the FF-controller is reviewing the FF logs or not:
We need to raise the CUP request for the user (who is using FF) and under CUP, there is an option to select the FF/Superuser usage review, while raising the request we attach the FF log generated after the FF usage and depending the workflow maintained it would go to the assigned FF-controller.
And then we would get to know that the FF-logs are getting reviewed by the respective controllers.
kindly let me know for any more clarifications.
