Logon Issue

When I was tried to logon into ESR it was showing "No authorization for this action". Then I was checked in administration tool then it shows following message.

CHeck with your authorizations/security team and ask them to assign proper roles to your user.

Hi Rahul,

I have faced this issue in my last project.You do one thing ..ask your basis team to check the system id  and password.It might be a case where system id which is used to open the ESR,ID are not correct or expired.Basis People have this information what are the user Id they are using in PI installation.Just check with them ,they will support you and they will be able to find out the correct  and check the  correct roles for the userid.
