Dear All,
I am doing to the Proxy configuration between ECC and PI 7.31 systems
ECC System Configuration:
1) Create HTTP Destination Type H to PI Server - Status - connection works
2) Configuration Business system as Local Integration Engine (ECC System) - Transaction (SXMB_ADM)- Staus- Successfully configured
3) Connection between Business System and System Landscape Directory (Transaction SM59)
Created RFC Destination in ECC : LCRSAPRFC - Status - Error "Program ID not registered
Created RFC Destination in ECC : SAPSLDAPI - Status - Error "Program ID not registerd"
I use Program ID here which is created in the PI systems.
Colud please help me? and also what other configurations required on ECC System and PI Systems.
Thank you.
Sateesh
Hi Sateesh,
For below RFC destination, use same program Id in RFC destinations that created in SAP PI system.
Created RFC Destination in ECC : LCRSAPRFC
Created RFC Destination in ECC : SAPSLDAPI
Thanks
Hari.

Hi Sateesh,
SLD connection is another case of ABAP system sending data to a Java system. In this case, the Java system is the SLD server. You maintain those program IDs in the J2EE Netweaver Admin(NWA), in the Server node, JCO RFC Providers Service. There, you'll see the connections you need (SLDSLDAPI and LCRSAPRFC). They are preconfigured with the program IDs. Use the exact ones you see there (usually SLDSLDAPI_XXX and LCRSAPRFC_XXX, where XXX is your SLD SysID) in your ERP RFC Destinations for SLD connection.

Dear Sateesh,
below you can find all steps needed for PI proxy communication:
Single-Stack Java:
Dual-Stack:
I think you missed out the SLD connection (Tx SLDAPICUST), registering the queues etc...
This should answer all your questions .
