Issue in automatic start of scheduled sender channels.

Hi Every One,

We have scheduled  few sender channels that had to start by morning 8.00 AM in RWB. The scheduled type is onetime.

But These days channels ar not startting automatically at the Time scheduled.

So going to ATP and clicking on change and save. then the channels are starting..

Please help me regarding the cause whici is not allowing to start the channels.

Hi,

Add that particular channel to Exception list in Availability Time planning in Communication channel Tab.

Everything is mentioned. Even some times it is starting automatically and not at some times.

Thanks for your response. But all the channels which are in scheduled are in automatic control only.

Hi Lalitha

Make sure that after you create the scheduling and assign it to channel, You need to put the channel in automtic control.

For the you need to select the channel anc click on the below option
