IDOC Read Error

Hi Experts,

I am doing a IDOC to File scenario using ICO. (IDoc_AAE to File)

We are using DESADV IDOC with extension. We are getting below error when sending IDOC to PI.

"com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (104) JCO_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE: Commit fault: ASJ.ejb.005043 (Failed in component: sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.idoc.app, BC-XI-CON-IDO)"

The error is occurring only when we use conditions in receiver determination or interface determination. Without conditions, the IDOC is getting processed successfully.

When any standard IDOC is sent, it is processed successfully even with conditions.

I believe it is failing when trying to read the IDOC data in xPath conditions.

We are in PI 7.3

Though we are not using ABAP stack, i have imported the metadata in IDX2.

I have imported the metadata in NWA.

Please let us know if we are missing anything or any patch update is required.

To me this seems to be a patch update issue..

if possible update your system to the latest patch and check..

Between what SP of PI 7.3 your installation is using ?

Hi,

Can you please Preload and reload adapter metadata in NWA ->SOA-> IDOC Adapter Monitoring -> Metadata monitor?

It looks like some of extension changes are done after importing extended IDoc.

Hi Naresh,

If you are using Idoc AAE please check the metadata status in PI Idoc Adapter Monitoring -> Metadata monitor from NWA.

Does the condition refer to the extension fields in the idoc.
