How to Allocate from sender (C.E, Cost Centre,Profit Centre) To receiver also C.E, Cost Centre, Profit Centre)  .

Hi Antony,

The tcode KSV1/KSU1 are used to create cycle.

after this, you can us KSV5/KSU5 to execute the cycle.

KSV1 do not have profit centre as sender/receiver.

In order to get easier to you, please let me know which is sender, which is receiver?

For allocation from Profit center to profit center, you can use 3KE5 and 4KE5.

Please let me know your detail case.

hi Julie,

My sender is Cost element, Cost centre and Profit centre which has to be allocated to Cost element, cost centre and profit center.  Basically we need to allocate the data from single profit centre to multiple profit centre with the combination of C.E and CC.

Hi Antony,

Can I ask you one question?

As you known, the Profit center is assigned to Cost center in Cost center master data, correct?

Example:

Cost center 1 - Profit center 1

Cost center 2 - Profit center 2

Cost center 3 - Profit center 3

As my understanding, when you do allocation from Cost center 1 to Cost center 2, and cost center 3, the data will allocated in Profit center also.

I would agree with you, but over here the business logic is to derive the tracing factors based on profit centre.  Can you pls eleborate on how to load plan (through which tcode and format)

hi ALL,

How to create a plan for assessment cycle and upload ??.

My requirement is to allocate costs  but the Receiving Tracing factor would be based on plan given with Profit centre.
