creating AR in inv. mgmt. for budget supplements

I want to be able to create a budget supplement using AR process and workflow, but instead of replacing the approver AR with WBS(measure) I want to allocate the approved funds to an existing WBS as supplement...

then do rollup and budget distribution...

can anyone advice me in how to do this?

Hello Connie,

Additional funding for an already approved WBS element will require a Supplemental AR.

For supplemental AR fund distribution can be done via CJ37.

Hi Conne,

Supplement can be given only from top level.

In case of IM/PS budget follow below cycle

IM32-Supplement for investment program and position ID.

IM52-Supplement from position ID to WBS element(measure/AR)..(budget at top level WBS)..In IM52 select the radio button supplement and then proceed.

CJ37-Supplement for lower level WBS element.
