soamanager is dumping with a notepad ls_ie6.css

Hello,

Recently I have installed a system and updated to ERP 606, NW 731. SP08.

Setup went fine with familiar errors.

Now the issue is, when we execute soamanager transaction, browser is opened along with the ls_ie6.css notepad.

even if we refresh the browser page, it results the same.

Upon searching some internal notes and forums, I think this is an issue with MIME repository.

Report WDG_MAINTAIN_UR_MIMES is showing the below result.

executed ' Force MIME deployment' still the version is showing the same.

If you check the 'urversion' , they are different and its supposed to be the same.

I could not find any notes / links to download / update the mime repository.

We are not using any customized themes, all are default.

Please let me know if you have any idea about this. It became showstopper.

Hi Venkatakasi,

The cause of this issue is really this one that you have highlighted. The urversion of the CLUR_NW7 and the deployed Mimes is different from one another.

To solve this issue you may apply the latest unified corrections. You can find the notes at the WD-ABA Wiki .

Before applying the UR notes, it is recommended to update SNOTE to the latest version (see: 875986 up to 702 and 1668882 for newer versions).

Hi Artur,

Thank you so much for your reply.

It worked.

I carefully executed step by step as mentioned in the link.

The parent note has other child notes.

While implementing the note, it was ended in the middle abruptly throwing TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED exceptions , after adjusting the  heap and roll area memory parameters  ,  managed to implement the note successfully.
