LM13 Transaction selecting the full bin

Dear all,

While executing the LM13 transaction with SU 00376130309500067992(With movement type 999) it is always selecting the same bin 20C which is in full capacity with 100% and it is  not selecting the empty bins and skipping them .Can you please give your inputs

i can see that you are using a user exit for put-away. maybe this one is not working properly. what does it do? if you deactivate the exit, does it then recognize that the bin is full?

As per the screen, storage type 012 is defined as bulk.Is the block indicator is set for the material in material master WM1 view.

No the bulk storage indicator is not there
