Dear all, I have a question here, As you know that one of the factor to configure the SAL is to configure the Availability Time & Off Times in Service Profile.
Now The case is: We have an Holidays , but this holidays is not a fixed date, so every year it may changed.an we don`t want the incident to keep calculating the SLA in holiday and to consider it as an Off Times. Is it possible to have this flexibility in the Service Availability ?
For example: after 2 month, we have 1 week as an holiday, and we want all incident to stop calculating the SLA and resume once we get back from this holiday.

you can configure holidays according to your need using SCAL t-code and use them in your factory calendar later on

You can use the SCAL transaction for maintaining the calendar and holidays for the same.
