Hi Team,
when i put this this serial no. 36950xxxx in IQ03 i get the below error
No objects were selected
Message no. IH047

Check the created serial numbers for required material in IQ08 by giving Material number as input.
Then check whether required serial number is available for that material or not.

your serial no starts with F712XXXXX , and in the querry you have specified as 3695XXX. i am afraid you have used the equipment number as serial no

As I suspected & Mr. Thyagarajan mentioned, you are giving wrong input to IQ03.
Have you created he serial no against the material no previosly. kindly check
