Guidence required on packaging process

Dear Experts

I have the following Packaging process in my client, Need your advice to map the same with Handling Unit Management.

Its required for Watch manufacturing industry.

1. Delivery order created.

2. Finished Goods with Serial Numbers packed in Carton Boxes (example 16 numbers packed).

3. Certificates for each serial numbers packed with the Catron Box (16 Certificates).

4. Multiple Carton Boxes packed in a Wooden Box.

5. Multiple wooden boxes packed in a Pallet.

6. Shipment created.

7. PGI done.

In certain conditions the Certificates will be packed in Step 4 (i mean directly with Wooden box).

It is always required to track the Certificates and FG serial number.

 1. Delivery order created.

VL01n can be used (material delivery and packing function)

2. Finished Goods with Serial Numbers packed in Carton Boxes (example 16 numbers packed).
3. Certificates for each serial numbers packed with the Catron Box (16 Certificates).

VL01n can be used for packing --> Single level packing either manual or automatic using pack instruction in POP1 (as per your requirements)

4. Multiple Carton Boxes packed in a Wooden Box.
5. Multiple wooden boxes packed in a Pallet.

VL01n can be used for packing --> 2nd and 3rd level packing either manual or automatic using pack instruction in POP1 (as per your requirements)

VL02n

In certain conditions the Certificates will be packed in Step 4 (i mean directly with Wooden box).

For exception cases identify the crietria for the exception and create a new packing instruction and get it determined using POF1

It is always required to track the Certificates and FG serial number.
