Hello Experts,
I'm looking forward for your advice.
Is it possible to send email notifications to all users who have been assigned to the relevant Tasks while creating a Transport Request in Normal or Urgent Change?
Let's say I have 4 users and I created 4 tasks for them within one Transport Request
Is it possible to generate emails to these users?
Your advice is always greatly appreciated!

There are several ways to achieve email option
Email action
Email are partner dependent action so it depend upon the fields you have in the crm webgui and you can trigger to that partner or field
email from webgui directly
you have the option send email from web gui directly

Further you can also implement a BADI to achieve your requirement and this is more practically possible for your case.
