Hello,
has anybody experienced error message in the SM self-diagnosis of ABAP managed systems that the SM_ADMIN_<SID> is not valid.
I experience this error on all connected ABAP systems. Of course the users are valid and with appropriate rights.
The full error description is as follows:
MESSAGE |
User SM_ADMIN_SWP is not valid : |
ALERT |
Managed systems setup |
SUBALERT |
Checks user input in managed system configuration |
ACTION |
Please check user validity |
CONTEXT |
SYSTEM : AD1~ABAP |
Do you have any idea? Fiddling with the user type (System/Dialog/Comm.data) didn't helped a lot.
Thank,
Branislav
Hi Branislav,
Please check if user "SM_ADMIN_<SID>" have authorization of S_RFC and S_RFCACL. If not there then assign it to the user and run the steps. Also confirm that the user is not in expired status.
