Hi,
Stop SAP and move the file /usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS00/log/ENQBC to a backup directory , then start SAP.
Thanks.

Hi,
Please follow the below steps:-
1) Make sure there are no pending update requests (transaction SM13). If there are open updates in transaction SM13, these lose their locks when the backup file is deleted.
2) Shut down the affected instance where the enqueue is running, and manually delete the "ENQBCK" file manually at "/usr/sap/<SID>/<instance>/log/" folder;
3) Start the instance, this will create the file again.
NOTE: It may be required to clean up the shared memory areas before starting the system again. So, after have confirmed that no other SAP instance is using the same instance number, the command 'cleanipc <instance_number> remove' can be used.

Himanshu
