Contract migration from Legacy to Sourcing

How do I migrate legacy contracts as MPA in CLM?

What are the criteria to be established and complete set up to migrate the documents.

MPA is the used terminology for MA at client site. Regret for not informaing earlier.

Hi Bhavesh,

You could use the contract importer tool available from CLM 7.0 onwards to upload legacy data as Master Agreements.
