Hide fields on Item Status Change

We are reqiuired to hide certain fields on a Portfolio Item (both custom and standard fields), at the change of the Item status.

And they are required to show on a subsequent status change.

The logic is required to hold good for custom fields too. We have custom fields on custom tab (involving z-table for custom fields).

Please advise.

Please try this way using custom enhancement

We can achieve this using webdynpro abap by enhancing the

webdynpro component  : /RPM/ITEM_DETAILS

View                            : VI_GEN_INFO.

On change of the status , and requirement any field can be changed to enabled or read only.
