Application Monitor issue

Hi Guys,

We are facing a weird issue in application monitor. For the error in transmission shopping carts when we try to edit and correct the data and then when we click on create follow on document button, nothing turns up.

There is no processing it shows and nothing turns up and no follow on document is created (PR)

Does any one have idea on this, thank you for your answers.

Hi Imran,

Go to SWDD,and open the WF WS10000215 and activate at start events.

Hi Guys,

I tried to activate the above event linkage, but still I could not transfer shopping carts from application monitor in portal.

Any suggestions please before I could contact sap. Thanks for your help  in advance.

Why you are looking at application monitor. Is this not waiting to approve, and not showing at POWL.

Hi Both,

SRM Version 7

Background: some shopping carts will fail (Error in transmission) due to master data issues in ECC. eg. If UOM, ISO, etc not exits ECC. So once maintaining the master data in ECC we are re-transfering shopping carts using application monitor (select the shopping cart and clicking on the button create follow on document). It was working before, but now this seems to be not working. Once i click the create follow on document, nothing turns up (no processing icon). No reaction. This looks weird.

Any one have idea on this. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi Senthil,

Thank you for pointing it out.

I checked both workflows in SWDA transaction. I can see versions 0002 with status ‘Runtime exists,Saved’ for both the workflows.

Please let me know is this active? Else do I need to check other points.

Hi Senthil,

i tried checking in SWE2 transaction, the both mentioned workflows for shopping cart is not activated in event linkage.

Please refer attached and let me know is this the root cause for the problem.

Hello,

Check note:

1767291 - Shopping Carts cannot be retransfered from the alert monitor

Basically it asks you to activate linkage for WS10000215.

Hi Imran,

Have you configured the Objects in Backend system.

Also check the the status at SWI1 (get the workitem id from BBP_PD)

Hi Senthil,

Could you please let me more on what objects in backend. Further more, if i am triggering manually through FM BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER it is generating PR in backend. But if i select the shopping cart in application monitor and click on create follow on document button, nothing turns up in portal. No procesing  icon and no response.

Anyone came across this issue, please let me know. Thanks for the support.
