Issues with the MSMP workflow

Hi All,

I am encountering with an issue while configuring the MSMP workflow:

     Under step1: Process global settings, I am unable to find a few fields: EOR template/recipient ID, Submission temp/rec ID; apart from the      escalation fields.

     Have I missed out any prerequisite configurations to get these fields displayed?

You must have seen this in GRC300 course, as it used to be on SP04/5, but someone who recently went on the course pointed out that SP07 was implemented on the training system.

Hi Ameet Kumar,

You must have seen this in GRC300 , however in latest patch you don’t find these fields , Instead you can see Notification Event, Template ID, Recipient ID in Notification Settings Tray  ( Both are serve same purpose )

Hello Ameet,

You must have either seen this in GRC300 or the standard docs provided by SAP in SDN.

Those options are replaced with new ones as Mr. Uma Shankar Rightly said.
