Hello,
We are upgrading our ISU system from 4.72 ->ECC6 and from CRM 4 to CRM 7. As part of the upgrade we will be introducing archiving in ISU. While I am aware that archived objects in ISU can be viewed from within ISU itself, the question I have is, can these be viewed from within CRM7. To cite an example, if a customer's account has had items archived, say items that were older than 3 years; and the customer happens to query his account; will a front office agent be able to view from within STANDARD CRM 7.0 those archived items without having to separately navigate into ISU?
Early response will be appreciated.
Thanks.
Hi Sameer,
Standard CRM 7 will allow to view the archived object. There will be separatet link for archived objects. and if you have used the standard archivd objects then you can view from there.
Authorisation objects need to be modified for front office user so that they can able to view archived objects (if there are any).
Regards,
Sudip
