EWA - Hardware Utilization Data

Dear friends,

We have a problem reported in EWA for Hardware Utilization Data missing for 2 servers. I have read note 1309499 but not sure what is problem. I can see CPU utilization n all for server1 & server2 in ST06. I dont understand what is missing and where to find its log ?

server1 AIX 6.1 --

server2 AIX 6.1 --

server3 AIX 6.1 OK

server4 AIX 6.1 OK

Hardware capacity checks could not be run successfully due to missing data. See SAP Note 1309499 .

Please suggest.

My first guess is that you have failed extractors for server 1 & 2, can you confirm their status?

Also do you see the data show up within Wily?

Its can be done via the work centers:

Depending on how many failures you have, you may want to put in the SID of your system for System ID to filter it down further.

Also what about Wily displaying the metrics?
