Please check if the item category is relevant for weight. The weight here is used as UoM not as the weight/volume of material.
Sub items are relevent for delivery in this case. Please check if these are relevent for weight/Volume as well (of course the weight should be maintained in material master as well)

If you see screen shot of yours ,in that,even gross weight is also 0.00 .So,it means ,for these materials ,you didn't maintain gross ad net weights.
Pls,check for all materials that you kept or not tat weights if not maintain and try with sales order se here also in shipping tab .

Did you check the gross weight in Sale order line item shipping tab? How about checking the gross weigh in sale order first and then material master. If you read F1 help of Total Weight field in delivery document you will come to know that how system calculates this. There should be wight entered in material master or at least in sale order.

They are subitems for batches. See for instance Note 1760367 - WEIGHT and VOLUME are not calculated for batch subitems
