      I am trying to upload the below patches, Downloaded and kept it in USR/SAP/EPS/IN, But i cannot upload these patches, Both are around 180MB.

Download and install the below add-ons using SAINT

CTS_PLUG 200

IW_BEP 200

IW_FND 250

Check the import conditions for package SAPKITL705

As @Karthikeyan pointed out you have missing components, I suggest you back out and create a MoPZ transaction so you not only obtain all your files but you generate a stack file to ensure you have all the needed files and just let the system handle the update via Saint.
